Which Apple and Samsung models do you accept?

We accept most recent models (last 5-7 years) including iPhone, iPad, Galaxy smartphones and tablets. Contact us for specific model eligibility.
How is the device condition graded?

We grade devices as Excellent (like-new), Good (minor wear), Fair (functional with damage), or Poor (major issues). Each grade affects trade-in value.
Do I need the original box and accessories?

Original accessories and box are not required but may increase the trade-in value. The device itself is the most important factor.
How do I receive my trade-in value?

You can receive instant store credit toward a new device purchase or request a cash payout via M-Pesa or bank transfer.
What ID is required for trade-in?

Valid government-issued photo ID (national ID or passport) is required for all trade-in transactions for security and compliance purposes.
What about my personal data?

You must erase all data, remove iCloud/Google account locks, and perform a factory reset before trade-in. We also perform secure data wiping.
Can I trade in a damaged device?

Yes, we accept devices with minor damage (cracked screen, scratches). Value depends on the extent of damage. Non-functional devices may not qualify.
